Account deletion

On this page you can request the permanent deletion of your Jurist Biro and Tempus application user account, together with the associated personal data.

How account deletion works

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the request.
  2. We will send an email with a confirmation link to that address. (If no account exists for the entered email, no email will be sent.)
  3. By clicking the link in the email you confirm the deletion request.
  4. After confirmation, the account and the associated personal data will be permanently deleted once a period of 7 days has expired.

You can also submit a deletion request directly from the Tempus application, in the account settings.

Which data is deleted

Once the request is carried out, the personal data related to account access is permanently removed, including:

After deletion, signing in to the account is no longer possible.

Which data is retained and why

Records that your employer keeps in line with statutory obligations — employment data, working-time records, leave records and assigned equipment — remain preserved. That data is managed by the employer as the data controller, and we store it on the employer's behalf to fulfil statutory obligations (e.g. labour and accounting legislation). This data is not tied to your access account and cannot be used to sign in after deletion.

Cancelling the request

If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion at any time during the 7-day period, before it is carried out — by clicking the cancellation link you will receive in the email about the scheduled deletion, or via the Tempus application. Once that period expires, the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
